Put a couple of mini spoon fulls in the cup. Every station has a hot water spout that is amazing too me. You can figure it out. Checking out is like any other conveyor sushi place. Enjoy!

What a wonderful lunch. The seafood was fresh and umami. You can order from chefs or pickup from belt. It was same fresh. And they have sensors on all dishes so that the waitress just scanned all dishes and the total price came out. Should come on weekdays to avoid long queues

This sushi restaurant was highly recommended by a Japanese colleague who was born in Niigata. They served fresh sushi here. They have English and Chinese menu for foreigner too. You may order if the sushi you want is not on the belt. You may need to queue patiently for your turn during Sunday lunch time.

Sushi roll that amazes. It deserves the fame it has. Recommended. It is slightly hidden behind the market and it took us a while to find it. There is often a wait before sitting down. If like me you don't like wasabi, I recommend ordering every single dish directly from the chef instead of fishing from the roll (it prepares them on the spot and it's very fast) excellent sushi. If I go back to niigata it will be a fixed stop.
